Maddie now claps her hands when you sing "Patty Cake" and she actually waves "bye-bye" with her hand instead of her whole body! How cute??!! She is drinking 7oz bottles now along with her 3 meals and 1 juice a day. We are debating the juice all together.
Jay and I are having a hard time finding land that we want for the price we can afford. We are also having a hard time just deciding what our next step should be, if any! Its stressing me somewhat but Im trying not to get worked up about it!
More later....
Well, I know it has been a while since I posted. It seems that I only post to notify everyone of cool, fantastic, new, amazing things that I have done. Today appears to be no exception. I have gotten video streaming to work on the server so I am able to share video with everyone that has Apple Quicktime installed on their computer. The link below is a movie clip we did this morning. Let me know your thoughts.
Well, after 4 days of the sickies, I took Maddie to her doctor to be told that she has an ear infection. She is on antibiotics for 10 days and is showing great signs of getting better already. She hasnt had a fever in about a week but we will keep an eye out for it, just in case! She is trying so hard to talk to us. She squeals ALOT now and makes new faces. She still eats very well and will let us know when we are giving her something she doesnt like...ex. carrrots!
Jay and I are still pursuing buying land and building a house but are now wondering if now isnt the right time. We are finding it difficult to fid land that we want where we would like to live. We could buy lots of land way out in the "sticks" but that isnt ideal at all! We dont know our next step as of right now, but are keeping our eyes open!
Until later....
Maddie BoBo is sick for the first time so far. She has been running a temp of around 101.4 about once a day since saturday and has a really runny nose. She coughs a little and sneezes a little but Im not too sure that is connected. The doctor recommends that we not give her any meds and just let it fight itself off unless she is uncomfortable. She has not been acting like a sick baby. She has been playing good and eating good so, we hope she will be feeling much better real soon. We will let you all know!
Well, Maddie is 7 and a half months old today. Its funny how that half month means so much to me. She is a fantastic eater. We actually have to just stop feeding her sometimes because she would eat u sout of house and home. Some of her favorites lately are mashed potatoes ( from Cracker Barrel especially ), spaghetti with meat sauce, and anything sweet! She is also still an excellent sleeper. She does wake up a couple of times through out the night but its not everynight. We just give her the paci and its back to dreamland for her. We are so fortunate to have such a fantastic baby. She really can be so easy. Eventhough I know I would like another child someday, Im sorta afraid to jinx the luck we have had with Maddie! Haha!!
Jay and I are not going to buy the 10 acres that we found. The easement could not get resolved so we just dont want to deal with that anymore. We are now looking at a 7.66 acre lot but arent too sure if that will happen either. I would LOVE to build right now, but Im also kinda ready to throw in the towel for now!
Well, we will keep everyone posted. Im trying to get Jay to add more pictures or atleast show me how but he is a very busy guy. Hopefully we will have something up soon. More later.....
