So.. Maddie weighed a healthy 23.9 pouds at her 9 month check up and was 23 3/4 inches tall. She is just a big girl all around. The doctor is not concerned at all about her and believes that pounds will fall off when she really gets walking.
We had a nice visit with Maddie's Granna and Papa as well UJ and Aunt Lori. Maddie also met a couple of cousins and aunts and uncles as well. She did really well while we were away. However.....
... she has been trying to cut her top teeth this past week and they have been hurting her pretty badly. She does pretty well but then just screams in pain. Poor baby. It is messing with her sleep a little but not too bad. We just wish they would go ahead and break through so it wouldnt hurt so much anymore. The doctor says he can see all 4 top teeth through the gums...yikes!
Today, Maddie spent much of the day with her Gramma, Aunt Tana and Sydney. Me and Jay had alot to do around the house to get it ready for sale, so my mom took Maddie for us. They went to church ( she was the center of attention), had lunch out and did a little shopping. Jay and I didnt quite get finshed with what we had planned but we were ready to see Maddie when she came back home with big smiles. Her smiles didnt last too long. She was Miss Grumpy the rest of the day.
Well, I have to get 2 tooth fillings re0filled tomorrow so, wish me luck!!! We will keep you posed with more new......
