Well, it seems that my wife (Melissa) and I are expecting our first child on or around June 20/21 of 2006, making us around 7 weeks as of this post. For us, this is great news...a little early, but great news nonetheless. We were going to start trying around the beginning of December, but...
This site will hopefully serve as an ongoing journal of our life as a family and our experiences as new parents (to be). The reason I say 'hopefully' is that we lack a full set of 'blogging' characteristics. I have never been able to keep up with a journal/diary but I do have the 'computer geek' base covered. Missy on the other hand, almost religiously maintains her journal. I hope that between the two of us, we can keep this blog going. We shall see I guess.
